Kevin Hill - Founder and Director
Kevin brings to businesses almost 2 decades of experience as a finance specialist, particularly to early and growth stage businesses.
Over the last decade Kevin has built and scaled sustainable finance functions at multi-national listed SaaS businesses Vault Intelligence Limited, Wellteq Inc, Advanced Health Intelligence Ltd and AdNeo Limited (ASX). This also included developing and executing financial strategies, optimising subscription management ecosystems, driving operational efficiency, board and shareholder reporting, treasury management and financial control.
Prior to his work as an in-house finance professional, Kevin worked as a tax specialist at a national accounting firm, developing expertise in employee share schemes, corporate restructuring, tax consolidation, state and federal employment tax obligations, tax controversy and tax audit management, small business CGT and general corporate and small business taxation.
